@ zoters, wa ni built in motor for the IF function. ang nikon body nga may motor
started w/ d70 and up model. am not sure w/ d5000 model.

@ watshamacallit, yes this lens is AF-D type not G type. This a fast focus lens.
don't know if this will autofocus w/ D5000. U can test the lens w/ ur cam if u wish
