sa states naay gitawag nga amateur radio station (taking advantage of the part 15 FCC licensing etc) where you can setup your own amateur radio station using part 15 compliant hardware para makasetup ka ug radio station without the need for a commercial license(but still LEGAL). This is usually small scale (usually school campus etc).
