Lahi siguro na ug trabaho. kung parehas, gi-phase out na unta ang usa nila. try asking the school you are applying for.

computer science would be more easier that engineering .you can get more knowledge about languages in science so go for it

If you are targetting the IT companies here in the Philippines, it would be wise to take-up CS.
Not only that it is a 4-yr course (a year less than CompE), but mas daghan siya exposure on programming languages - which CompE may not offer.
And think of this: when you apply for a job here in Pinas, parehas ra applayan ang CompE ug CS.
