The 2 units currently have tenants while the 3rd unit is still under construction, hopefully ready for moving in by June. The latter already has a recent prospect who visited the site, who's also amenable to the current initial rate, but has yet to confirm. The 2nd unit will be available around July since the current tenant will be moving nearer SHS-J in Canduman after ending the lease contract here.
