that was just a statement from a General... not an official order though I think.

this is an order issued by the Northern Luzon Command chief so adto ra ni sa iyahang teritoryo mo take effect.

it made me think.. the AFP issued statements belittling the escapees saying these guys is no threat to the government. then, why did this general issue a shoot-to-kill order? well, it could be that this general was making "sipsip" to GMA. i would not be surprise if he will become the next AFP chief.

well he made those statements while GMA was in his area... so could be true.
