New Flash macromedia :) - any

I just like to ask you guys, im still not good in macromedia using "Flash MX".

- when i make new files, the file gets crap - meaning maguba ra ako gibuhat.
dli na nako ma open inig ka ugma, i mean ma open pero ruined na iya
animation.

Mga guys unsa inyo ika recommend na flash bag-o ?
