malingaw ko nimo. but it's true. muscle burns calories/fat. so best to bulk up muscle wise. not fat wise. i definitely think i need to do more forms of cardio. kay i'm just doing jogging and a bit of yoga for now.
slim physique? bilbil? you just need more muscles. more muscles means the higher your metabolism is. the focus of your workouts is to build muscles. of course, mag bulk gyud ka ana at first. its like you try to patch up slabs of concrete and then later on chisel it up to turn it into a fine sculpture...
