Biography:

Ismaela Puerto is Global Investment Director of Land Asia Realty and Developmet Corporation, a real estate company firm in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines. Ismaela is a Graduate of University of San Carlos, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Accounting.

After graduation, Ismaela worked in Thrifty Mart one of the oldest supermarket in Cebu for 15 years and DPWH the executive department of the Philippine government for 8 years.

Soon afterward, her expanding expertise in real estate services allowed her to sell real estate properties in Talisay, Minglanilla, Mactan, Lilo-an, Compostela, Danao and Cebu City.

Ismaela closes residential sales transaction consistently earning Sales Person of the Year and top Global Investment Director award. Her specific areas of expertise include subdivision, condominium, lot only and brokerage.
