Eto yung instructions to register through paypal:
1. go to this page: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/we...gistration-run
2. select your country or region sa drop down. important po ito.. uif you will link your philippine bank account, you have to choose philippines.
3. which is the best account to choose? for me PERSONAL ang best choice... kc libre ung receiving of fund ung ibang account me fee.
4. then fill up the registration form.
Your paypal account id/name is the email address you input in the registration page.
