Gud day sir, i hope u can help me about my body building problem. Im a bit confused man gud. Ive been hitting the gym for almost 1 1/2 month na. About 5-6x per week. Nya ako goal ron kai magpa buff jud kanang dako jud kaayo b. problem is , paspas akoa metabolism kai medyo ectomorph ko gamay(feel lang nako).1st off, Im 5'9" and about 83kg in Weight. Been taking whey protein and mutant mass pero I feel like Im not gettig any noticeable results. Matod pas akoa mga kauban ning daot kog samot daw. Question is, how often man jud diay dapat ko mag gym per week pra magpadako? And naa kai program ika advice para nako da gym? Or any tips para padako samot. ? Ur help is very much needed sir please and thank u.
