Ossu! Gd day bro. I used to know a sempai named "Sonny". He is a very dedicated student of Shihan Gal way back during the 1990's and last time I saw him before I laid low in karate, he was still a brown belt (my senior in the kyu rank). This "Sonny" is a big, strong guy with eyeglasses (eyeglasses meaning he wears it even during practice). He is one of my peers in the dojo during those times along with the ALO brothers (Eric and Val). My sincere apologies sempai if I'm referring to a different Sonny here.

Does anybody here happens to know Shihan Gal Hinayon? or better yet an active or former student of his? He used to be my karate instructor way back then when I was still very active with that particular discipline. He is definitely one of the best. Sige pa ba sya ug tudlo?
