Today I have to fire my cook.

I took over this small carenderia business here in Cansolacion 4 months ago. With it i hire 2 previous workers of this carenderia. The owner said the business is not making money.

It was like a challenge to me. In my mind I thought I can do better.
So I bought everything in it, from tables to plates, including a refrigerator.
P20,000 but I know it was not worth really that. But I bought it anyway since I like the location. It has potentials since it is a few meters away from the merkado.

But four months has passed and I never really earned a profit from this business.
So I decided to stop the carenderia business. I have to fire the cook. She's probably 48 years old. And it saddens me to fire her since I know its very difficult to find a job at her age.

Ah the decisions we have to make.
