Hello Saly, I hope you can help me ug dako kaayo ning problema naku. My BF and I bought a Military style Jeep sa Manila last year. Because my BF and me are living abroad, I got my brother to get the Jeep from Manila. Well, it turned out na dili diay gi-transfer ng brother ko ang ownership of the Jeep. Ang pait pa ani, gi-pa register niya last May 2012, gibilin niya ang original OR and CR sa LTO region 7 sa Cebu. Ang problema kay diesel ang Jeep and naa sa old registration, gas. Di nag-apply siya of request to change from gas to diesel. Ang problema, dahil sa Manila gikan ang Jeep gipadala didto ang request, pero dili gi-aksionan sa Manila kay wala naipadala ang original OR and CR. Problema karon kay nag-away mi sa brother naku, dili na niya gi-tubag ang email ko, I said he needs to retrieve the original OR/CR from LTO Cebu. Ang apan kay mag-one year na to, I have the photocopies of OR/CR plus stencilled VIN number plus the deed of sale. Can you help?
