      Red Coat Direct was launched by Cebu City Marriott Hotel and was introduced as a transformational App making for more Dynamic Meetings and giving their Red Coat Services Representative the tool for helping meeting or events organizers make requests for their meeting or events with a touch of a button without leaving the meeting room.



      Red Coat Direct streamlines requests and needs of events organizers, making events planning at the Marriott a breeze. The application allows the events organizers to contact the Red Coat staff who can promptly answer any concern or request.


      With Marriott's Red Coat Direct App, everything is just a tap of a finger away. Interactive, responsive, real-time.

      Red Coat Direct is the first branded hotel application to grant any meeting wish (within reason) from room temperature adjustments, to coffee refills or having lunch served earlier with an additional vegetarian dish.

      The application is personalized to each organizer’s specific event. Requests can be made up to three days before the event and then throughout the event. Once the request is made, it is routed to the event manager and the department that can fulfill the request. Red Coat Direct is a mobile web application, so there is nothing to download. A few weeks before the event or meeting, a link is sent thru email to the organizer. The application is available for all internet-enabled devices including iPhone, iPad, Android phones, and laptops.
