Run as Your Favorite Justice League Superhero

For one morning only you will be able to save the world. Be part of the famed Justice League run. Justice League Run rolls into town on November 19 at the SM City Cebu car park.


Staged in line with the much-anticipated showing of the Justice League movie on November 16, the event offers runners three distances to choose from: 3k , 5k and 10k.


Participants will be able to dress up as their favorite Justice League character. Choose from the Caped Crusader, Batman; the Man of Steel, Superman; the King of Atlantis, Aquaman; the Amazonian princess, Wonder Woman; the Fastest Man Alive, the Flash and the human turned machine, Cyborg.

Runners get to strut their stuff with their singlets bearing their preferred superhero, it will also be complete with accessories. Completing the package will be a drawstring bag and a racebib with a timing chip.


Finishers will also get a custom-made dogtag designed by Silverworks.
The event was launched by the organizing team from Global Procurement Inc. led by marketing director Maritess Fragrante in a press conference last week. The organizers promise a more exciting and fun-filled run come November 19.


“It is different from the DC Justice League Run in Cebu in 2015 since we will be using the designs of the costumes from the movie for our singlet. The design process took quite a while since it really had to be approved by Warner Brothers Pictures,” Fragrante said.


“It’s going to be more exciting and more fun,” she said while being flanked by cosplayers who dressed up as The Flash and Wonder Woman.

Interested parties can register at Chris Sports in SM City Cebu and at the Silverworks at the Ayala Center Cebu.

Registration fee is at P800 for the 3k, P1,100 for the 5k and P1,300 for the 10k.
