I was assigned to train in Bukidnon for two weeks, so when I had the privilege to stay there, I wasted no time in exploring the many natural wonders it had to offer.
Let's start with the most basic. Dahilayan Adventure Park!
A plantation of baby pineapples! A sight like this is common when in Bukidnon.
An underrated place not plenty have heard of found in Bukidnon is The Center for Ecological Development And Recreation (CEDAR). Believe me, for the trekkers and waterfalls chasers out there, this place is perfect for you!
Found in Quezon, Bukidnon is a secluded cave called Blue Waters. The path going to this place is underdeveloped and dangerous. If you're not one who's game for daring adventures, this isn't for you.
If you look closely, you will notice that the water flowing from the opening of the cave is blue and not brown. I am amazed how it refuses to blend in.
Bubunawan River
A corn field in front, Mt. Kitanglad from a distance.
The most unique church I've ever visited in terms of architecture--The Monastery of Transfiguration!
Not too far from the Monastery is the Nasuli Spring Resort. No fancy ambiance and no doting hotel attendants, but if you have a beat-up looking dive board and a cold spring, what more could you need?
The view is surreal
Another serene tourist spot in Bukidnon is Lake Apo.
Alone, I was idle on a floating raft and I didn't even care.
