The Cebuano lechon dining experience has gotten even better with Rico's Lechon’s new menu offerings! This new branch is also where Rico’s will be unveiling its brand new menu. On top of Rico’s signature lechon, which is known for its crispy skin and savoury meat, its restaurants will be serving new and tasty dishes such as: Special Danggit, Lechon Salpicao, and their twists on Dinuguan, Sisig, Bicol Express and Kinilaw.
And to compliment these delectable dishes, Rico’s Lechon is unveiling its new desserts and signature drinks. Enjoy sweets such as Pandan Tapioca, Budbud ug Tsokolate and Oreo Mango Float, and drinks such as Cucumansi Quencher, Calamansi Soda and Green Mango Cooler.
Because Rico’s believes that ambience is a complete sensory experience, the management team has also engaged the services of interior designer Sheila Solon, in order to make the visual inspiration “Old Cebu with a Twist” seen and felt throughout the entire restaurant.
With impeccable attention to detail, the Rico’s team has also taken great care in selecting what customers hear inside its restaurants. Rico’s Lechon wants diners to experience “DaBest” of new Cebu music and has partnered with the group ArtistKo, who will be providing its restaurants with fresh new Cebuano music, and also ensure that the artists who contribute are also compensated for their art. The centerpiece of this experience is an original song by FAMAS award-winning songwriter, Lorenzo "Insoy" Niñal. The song encapsulates the joy of togetherness, happiness and excitement of tasting “Da Best Gyud.”
To compliment the entire dining experience, service staf can also be seen sporting colorful new attire, all designed and produced by highly-renowned and sought-after Cebuano designer, Dino Lloren.
Customers may now visit Rico’s Lechon Mactan Promenade daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM for restaurant dining, and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for take out orders.
