Rodsky, ako'y gipaningot nagtan-aw sa mga litrato. Soldiers (real ones and pretend ones alike) should be made to wear tank tops and short shorts, esp kung naa sa tropics or desyerto. Slap on some menthol sunscreen on them, give them waterguns, and they're good to go.

My friend was telling me of a wedding she was in (as a bridesmaid) a few summers ago. The wedding was outdoors to take full advantage of the glorious summer sun. It would have been perfect except everyone was sweating buckets and the bride passed out from the heat. Smelly people in the summer are a lot worse than smelly people in the winter.

Point taken vern. Apologies go out to people from Buenos Aires, Cape Town, and people in Aussie and NZ.

You write about summer assuming that everyone lives in the norther hemisphere. Not everyone does.

LOL quite true, which is exactly why I prefer playing soldier rather being a real soldier, and precisely the reason why this hobby/sport exists. And the muscle pains are gone--they only occur when you haven't been out of the couch for 9 months (the last time I played), but now after two weekends, and jogging sessions in between, I think I'm getting back in shape.

"now I'm suffering from muscle aches, and a sore knee" ... the difference between soldiers and playing soldiers. Real soldiers wouldn't even think to mention this.

If you're not strong enough to get rid of those bad habits, then find a person with the exact same bad habits and all should be well.

sorry to hear that, rod. hope things will get all right again soon.

Hmn, I agree with Vern. He does it because he's a prick, and I believe he really is. Hahaha. But, you, you're not a prick. You're simply a person with nothing better to do.

Hahahaha, thanks for the comments guys. Dorothea, actually I believe I indeed have better things to do. And thus, that being said, perhaps vern phrased it in the most colorful manner possible--maybe I'm just being a prick as well--I'm just not as good as he at it!
