kapoy jud ang allergy. sudden change of temp maka-trigger pud. karon gani o sugod na pud akong bukton. maayo gani kay mawala ra pud inig taud2 nga morag way nahitabo. pareha sa uban diri, histacort ang effective nako, TS. if di ko ganahan mo-inom tambal, calamine lotion gamiton. effective pud.

naa toy gihatag na ointment ang doctor sa ako suana sa akong skin allergies pero nalimot nko.. effective au wa juy marka magpabilin.. pero karon kung mutukar ako skin allergy change soap ko or lotion then minus kaon sa mga tam-is ug inum coke ug juice..

pero kung mapaakan ko insects mamurot ko then mamuwa nga maglisud ginhawa.. na ER nko ani thrice.. so andam2 lang ko ani benadryl

Medjo Lubong nakay ni na thread pero ako lang ni e up kay ming balik nasad ako allergy almost 1 year cguro ni nawala karon ming balik nasad, so far wala pajudko nagpa check up sa doctor

Sa mga nay mga experienced diha or nay kaprehas

Kinsay may ika recomend ninyo na doctor or clinic na pwedi nato mapa check up?

What do you think about something like Zyrtec-D allergy treatments for this purpose? I would like to get any tips or recommendations on those here. Let me know if you have any experience with such stuff, thank you!
