How to remedy this?

Na-hang ako 4S nina hapon when I received
a prompt telling me that my phone can't do
back-ups since I ran out of memory space in
my iCloud. I tried to unlock my phone but it
wouldn't open. The prompt is still there.

I tried turning it off but it won't. I called my
number maybe it would refresh but to no
avail, the prompt still kept flashing back

Help please

any tips on a new iphone user? naay nanghatag sa akoa ug "hand-me-down" iphone 4 pero wala gyud ko knowhow sa mga apple products. (been a nokia user since nauso nang text text ) call ug text lang primarily gamit sa akong cellphone.

-unsa akong una buhaton? gusto nako ma hard reset ang phone to its original state (kanang ma erase tanan files sa previous owner)
-i dont use my phone to browse the net, kung gamiton man gani nako, wifi lang and not thru 3g, 4g, LTE, gprs, 2g etc, any tips on how to turn off these things entirely (except wifi)?
-i like my phones to last more than a day, any other tips to save battery life? i already know about turning the brightness down.
-pwede ba gsm mode lang ang iphone?
-naa ba "alpha-numeric" mode para mag text? wala man gud ko naanad anang "qwerty" keyboard.

i have a plan on buying an iphone 5 this month and i want to make sure nga legit jud akong mapalit and nga d jud ko magmahay cause that will be my first iphone and d lalim ang presyo hahaha, so i need your expertise. It seems like daghan ug klasc nga iphone 5.. naka basta ko sa ubang thread nga naai namaligya ug iphone 5 nga japan, iphone 5 nga UK and many more and because ana naglibog ko ug asa jud kaha ang worth it jud kaau. Unsa jud diay nga iphone 5 and best gyud sa tanan (kana ba ang japan, UK, US or etc.) and if you know someone nga namaligya ug brand new nga iphone 5 sultie ko bi para bacn adto lang ko palit if maka barato man gani ko dd2. thanks daan TS!

@yokam888: uhm, first off you can turn off cellular data and 3G sa settings > general > cellular (if your on iOS 6.1.2) you can turn off bluetooth to save battery as well. Turning those off are pretty much it to save battery as well as lowering the brightness. unfortunately, it's only a virtual qwerty keyboard.

@chindamian: uhm, find an iPhone that is factory unlocked, preferably from Singapore na iPhone but if not, anywhere is fine basta Factory Unlocked lang gyud sya. there are fakes running around bya gyud aning iPhone 5, to be sure, check the App Store, if it's fake, it'll turn out to be the Google Play Store.
