A good Public Transport System will solve the problem ( LRT, BRT, Subway) or a combination of any. That is to encourage everyone to use it and leave there private vehicles at home. Phase out the current transport system (PUJ) kay obsolete na kaayo na.

It is true that is the Cebu will continue incresing the number of vihecles, then the soltion will be soled, but it is mainitained t that level then Cebu will be more worse tha Manila. Even though Manila has made a step foward and everything has been scheduled in order to create more job opportunities. Cebu should follow the same trend.
