    hi brenzz,
    depende asa ka na project ma assign, and unsa imong position. if ma indxer/abstractor ka dha or u get the position para sa mga lawyers and chemical engineers nila na work, aww. hayahay kaayo ka.
    ang minimum diha kana mga tig print, tig scan, unsa pa na dha.. but ilang high-end na mga projects, aw payts kaau oi. naa pud na silay mga home-based employee. ang company mo provide sa computer, internet, electric allowance, etc. depende raman gud na sa makauyon. hehe..

    sory mga pips,, bin employed there as an Indexer/Abstractor.. di jud minimum akong sweldo.. its way way bigger than the minimum wage. with regards sad sa incentives,, aw payts au for me. plus dili jud hago akong work.
    well, we all have our own opinions man. naa man pud mas daghan bad experiences ani na company guro. as for me,, di man pud bad akong experience. hehe.. so comment lang ko ginagmay...

    with regards sa force leave, kana manang mga ppl na di valuable sa company, like absenot kaau or di maaug productivity or efficiency. if ang reson sa FL kay mu end na ang project, nya maau kaau ka na empleyado, aw i train man jud ka for another project.. heheh..
    wa jud ko kasuway anang FL ai. sory na lang sa mga na FL.. thank God pud na wakoy apil nila..

    ni comment jud ko here kay lain man gud akong na experience didto..
    sa mga OT pud, if naa ka sa IA projects, di man jud pugsanay ang OT. its ur prerogative if mo OT ka o dili. and if mo OT pud ka, ure very well compensated for dat. maybe ka ingon mo aning cgeg double shift, sa mga low-end projects guro na. kay sa IA, di man ing ana gud. plus buotan pa jud kaau among mga managers,, madala rag hangyo.. hehe. payts jud au.

    sa tanan man guro companies, naa juy mga apan, its all up to each employee how to adjust to the culture of the company. well, if dili ka type na kabaw mu adjust, maglisud jud ka. if u will kip on insisting ur own set of ideals for the company, dili jud na mahimo kay the companies have to gain PROFIT bya.. hehehe

    yeah sakto na si yan.. gikan ko innodata as a programmer.. kong maau kaau ka nga production worker... dako chance nga ma regular ka.. pro naka apan ma ibanan imo OT heehehe. kanang force leave... kabaw naman mo daan ana sa pag sugod palang sa trabaho.. nga di jud na pang 'retirement' type of work naa dira sa innodata.. so mitras bata pa kayod jud. pangwarta jud maau heehe

    korek jud ka silent-kill. sa didto pako, incentives to the max jud oi. save lang jud ur money for the rainy days and if u have plans to resign and find another job. yaw lang jud resign kung ala pakay sure job. hehe. karemember lang ko na didto, wa juy hago ang work and anytym akong break. hahaha.. cge rakog swipe sa canteen and kape2. i compare sa lain companies, na strict kaau sa breaks oi. inihap jud imong minutes sa pag break.
    hayahay diay ka silent kill, programmer man diay ka,, dako man silag sweldo sa mga taga systems plus mu regular pa jud. hehe

    had worked there way back 1995 and the management is really2x good coz its an american company so liberated sila in terms of workers rights. wala man gud to nauso ang mga call centers sauna, so karon naa naman call centers mao nang naluma na ang innodata. but the work there is really easy. ang fl is para ra na sa mga badlongon sa trabaho just like other companies.

    Innodata are nothing more like Call centers if you will look at it in a bigger perspective, Innodata has been in business since late 80's and it became one of the biggest data processing company in the Philippines. Believe it or not, call center was once innodatas business (FYI: Innodata is one of the first few call centers in the Philppines, if not the first) way back in 80s (in fuente). The founder did not pursue with the business call center coz it's premature in philippines, so he retired the call center. Innodata is an excellent training ground. if you're working in a call center or any business that involves computer or data processing ryt now, i'm pretty much sure that someone in the top management is from Innodata. and i bet my career on that.

    so i suggest that before u will bad mouth the company, make sure u'll survive in Innodata and don't be a smart ass.
