    naa daw herbal cigs baligya para gyud daw na sa smokers na plano mu stop. at he same time naa pud daw na sya benefits like mka heal ug headache ug sip on man tingali. hehehe i bought this for my boyfriend 3 years ago in mactan. di man sya ganahan sa taste pero try lang basig naa diay ma ganahan and maka tabang ninyo to stop smoking

    its been 6-7 months nako wala mo smoke... pangita lang ug sub sa sigarilyo... like snowbear or bisan unsa para maka pa busy nimo....

    just think of all the bad side effects of smoking and then tell yourself i dont want it.. and of course just stay away from the sigarilyo.. ^^

    well, its easier said than do. i am a smoker for more than 10 years (since college, plus engrng pa)...I am HAPPY that I did stop smoking...had the last one last year november (oi 1 year na!! hahaha). anywayz, it is really hard to quit smoking..based on experience.

    years ago, i did tell myself I will stop when I reach 30. but i did not, and not until sept-oct last year that I felt this: every cigarette I smoke it felt like experiencing nicotine rush and I sweat all over. I could not finish a stick of MArlboro. nicotene rush is the not able to smoke for a few days and when u do you feel it. well, i kinda been short of breath for too long na anad na.

    hmm..kng naa na mabati-an na sakit...syaro mu undang gyud...
    naa pud ko kaila...he quit smoking 1976 kay airforce pilot man cya dat time. retired na karon from being top management sa Ayala group. he had a mild stroke last 2000 because of smoking...hehehe...beat that. it turned out naa nagbara sa iya heart unya tungod sa iya pag smoke sauna...unya siempre d p malikayan ang fat foods

    self-discipline lang na... ako gni start ko smoke grade 4 pro dli pa to pirme,,, pag college na nigrabe everyday na but 1 year ago as in undang nko,,, smoke lang ko if naa inom2 bale occassional nlang,,,

    step1: if ur a marlboro user buy a pack of winston
    step2: cut the pack in the middle with a very sharp cutting tool (making the cigarettes half in size)
    step3: smoke if u crave only (use the item in step2)
    step4: repeat until ur ready to stop.
