oh yes boss..naka try nako night and day shift..lahi ra jud kaayo ang effect..much better ang day but no night diff..haha

Dli gani ko nahan ma morning shift coz I don't like having to sleep early and I really hate waking up early heheheh night person man gud ko... I usually stay up late and I like waking up late as well hehehe ni uyon ra ko sa night shift anf been in the BPO industry since 2005... Well adjusted nasad ko ani na lifestyle. Mas ma stress ko anang pa matahon ko ug sayo kaayo hahaha
