its not only OIL at those small islands. We have a natural gas for direct use beneath the deepest sea area in the world in SURIGAO strait. infact ARAMCO is there already in that area. It just need to suck or absorb. name of natural is GEOtherium if thats the correct spelling. Meaning as long as there is a SEA there is that thing on the deepest part.

it's only news. its the reason why PXP shares skyrocketed from 16 to 33 level in only 2 days. but i wont buy the news, as this may not be true. unang yayaman si manny v. pangilinan, since he owns PXP. but until wala pa na-post na hiring, or wa pa sila nagsugod ug structure dira, wala pa jud na.
