Unsa na mga call centers na hiring og IT (Support/Specialist/Administrator)

Ang CVG never pku nka dungog nga hiring sila og IT. Ang Stream ky outsource ila IT. Naa mo'y ma suggest?

di na sila mo hire ug external for IT position bai unless veteran ila gipangita nya walay qualified internally.
advice nako pagsugod as agent then apply for IT once open. I-announce jud na kada naay bakante.
95% sa non agent positions sa CVG internal hire jud na.

Unless mag dungan ila interview, I suggest imo sila suwayan tanan.. unya na pamili if madawat naka... if madawat nka, then you can weigh your options and choose if asa ka mu sign.. Tip: Dli ka required mu sign sa JO once they give you one. You can always say na you're still waiting to hear from another company and you want to weigh your options. They will respect that and give you maybe a week to decide if mu sign ka sa ils JO or not. That's what I did the last time I applied for a job.

always let them know nga di ka mopirma dayon and you are expecting a JO from other companies.
para di sila mo low ball nimo kay naa man kay pagpilian.

I would like to help the call center virgins out there who are about to venture the bpo industry... Be careful what you wish for... Heheh anyway.. I have been hopping from on center to another... I am suffering from Adhd so i cant stay at one company.. Since i have short attention span .. Anyway..q i have worked from these centers...

SYKES ASIA- good benefits, so-so pay.. Environment is superb.. Good people
STREAM- good pay, i was with vonage tech support i dont know if naa pa ni cla.. I did not like the working environment.. And the support was way too broad... Support tanan routers and fax machines.. Was way too stressful for me lang
XLIBRIS- good pay but no salary increase.. The basic pay is big so there goes your taxes ... They have, cs, sales and production.. If your in for the cash go for sales.. Good thing about xlib.. If its a holiday you dont work... And off sat and sun is fix.. Last sat of the month is compulsory but youll have free lunch.. I liked the environment.. Nice... Am planning to reapply
CONVERGYS- good benefis, best pay.... Basically the higher the salary the higer expectation they have.. So metrics are high.. Since you are paid high....
TELEPERFORMANCE- so-so pay... Environment ok... The management when i was there was not good... And thus the account closed... But environment was good
SUPPORT SAVE- medium scale bpo ok lang ang pay.. Environment ok
teletech- not so good pay.. But nice ang working environment...
