    3. Sa threads dri, kung home-based ka sa babbleglass, wala daw kaau files ipa-work nimu? so that means wala kay ma-transcribe, then wala pud kay madawat nga income? Therefore I conclude output-driven ilang sweldo?

Interestd ko but confused if mu-pursue ko sa application ani nga company. Pls share your thoughts. Buhion tani balik nga thread kay naghiring sila...

You will not earn that much because sometimes they don't have files and when they do, others are given longer minutes to work on while some less. They pay by the minute, not on the actual hours you are working but on the files your are working. If you don't have files, you will not have pay. This is good for part time only. output driven if there are also job to do. Sometimes you are given the shortest file that's empty. There's no basic pay.

I agree, their salary cannot feed even yourself. they don't have files sometimes and when there' no file, no pay. they pay too low.

Agree, they try to squeeze out everything from you. Strict pa in terms of accuracy nga bati man kaayu ug mga audios. Big regrets with this company. It was the only choice at the meantime coz I resigned and relocated. Home based is good only for them coz maka income sila ug dako nya transcriptionist ang ga hago. Good if they are paying by the hour but by the minute file that they are giving. nya usuhay 5 minutes raka per day, like $1 raman na oy. who are they fooling?
Right jud, welcome to hell jud ni nga company. Will resign na dayon..
